Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager with a minimum 7-10 years to oversee all Admin operations of the corporate office and stores.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Manager located in Bengaluru. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all administrative tasks for the organization. This includes overseeing office management, and coordinating with the store team. The position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Admin Manager duties and responsibilities :
· Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
· Allocate Assets to concerned stores, and employees.
· Responsible for the Management process of Asset Handling.
· Timely renewal of company’s agreements and custodian of company records.
· Liaise with external vendors/ Service providers, for the renovations of Existing.
· Cross-check travel expenses, employee claims etc and give approval if eligible.
· Responsible for Asset Allocation, with proper check and Keep a track.
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
· Oversee facilities services and maintenance.
· Organize and supervise other office activities.
· Adhere to policies and regulations.
· Creating and maintaining vendor contracts and agreements, timely renewals of same.
· Manage office administrative expenses, maintain accounts and co-ordinate vendor payments.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
· Proven track record of successfully managing administrative and operational functions.
· Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritise, and delegate.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
. Local Language Kannada is compulsory & only candidates available in Bangalore are preferred.
