OCS is looking Facility Executive(FE) from Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma with having a sound exposure of 6-8 years’ experience in Data Centre or Corporate sites for Noida sector 143 Data Centre site.

Day today housekeeping activity.
Handling of on side manpower around 35-40 employees
Responsible for attendance
Follow up with the horticulture vendor for landscaping and other activities
Will arrange periodic training programs for the HK staff
Shall be responsible for pest control services
Ensure that the entire premises is hygienically maintained by the way of adhering to good housekeeping standards
Ensure that the response time is maintained for all requests/ complaints
Take periodic feedback from customers , vendors and team members
Review of SLA at site
Will coordinate with building manager for any assistance required from Tech. team
Will be the site HK lead
