Role – Property Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the activities of contractors working within the building either as representatives of the building itself or tenants operating within the buildings. Includes implementation of advance training and notification to all contractors so that they are informed and knowledgeable with respects to the buildings critical functions and the work they are to perform.
Maintain effective communication with all external and internal customers, including Clients, Property and Project management, and Engineering staff.
To develop, manage and implement Service Delivery maintaining operational and commercial compliance within Client and CBRE expectations with day to day responsibility for the delivery of Operations.
Provide direction of PM operations and solutions for the account.
Establish an M&E and Fabric Maintenance supplier strategy for the site.
Establish standardised processes and procedures across the site in compliance with legislation and meeting industry best practice.
Accountable for the financial performance of the Maintenance contracts.
Acts as centre of communications for support and guidance for PM services at site.
Develop standard performance indicators and management information for client reports.
Develop a relationship with Contractors and Suppliers at a senior level, to align operational and site-specific goals.
Ensuring compliance to legislation relevant to CBRE Scope.
Agreed point of contact ensuring that best practice and innovation is applied on the FPS sites where appropriate.
Carries out annual management audit review across all areas on specific compliance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be from Hospitality or retail industry
B.tech/BE in Mechanical/Electrical
